Return and Refund Policy
Folded Paper Hearts merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful.
Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size
- choosing the wrong colour
- changing your mind after purchase
- buyer’s remorse
- incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Please review product descriptions, size charts, colours, shipping information, and your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs showing the problem
- a photograph of the full item
- a photograph of the packaging or shipping label when relevant
Once the issue is reviewed, we may arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Do not return an item to Printful or to any return address without first contacting us.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no delivery or appears to be stalled, contact us as soon as possible.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will review the tracking information and work with the fulfillment provider to determine whether a replacement or refund is available.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, and entrances.
- Ask other members of your household.
- Check with neighbours when appropriate.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
Folded Paper Hearts is not responsible for theft or loss after a carrier confirms delivery, but we will help review the situation where possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be reshipped.
Size Exchanges
We do not normally offer free exchanges when the size ordered matches the order placed.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.
Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment has begun.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
