Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer products and services.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use this website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Printful Fulfillment

Folded Paper Hearts merchandise is sold through our Shopify storefront and produced, packed, and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful.

Most products are made after an order is placed. Because merchandise is made to order:

• production may begin shortly after checkout;
• changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment begins;
• products may be produced at different facilities;
• items from one order may arrive in separate packages;
• fulfillment and delivery times may vary;
• buyer-remorse returns, colour changes, or size exchanges may not be available.

Customers should review all product descriptions, size charts, colours, quantities, prices, and shipping information before completing an order.

4. Product Appearance and Mockups

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.

However:

• colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device;
• product mockups are illustrative;
• image placement, print size, texture, and colour may vary slightly during production;
• garment sizing may differ between products and manufacturers;
• minor manufacturing variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or during checkout.

Prices may change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include:

• shipping costs;
• applicable sales taxes;
• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• brokerage fees;
• currency-conversion charges.

The final amount payable will be shown at checkout.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery can be affected by:

• weather;
• holidays;

• events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

9. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Claims

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged-product claims, and lost-package claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact Folded Paper Hearts before returning merchandise.

Do not send products directly to Printful unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

We may require:

• an order number;
• photographs of the full product;
• photographs showing the issue;
• packaging photographs;
• a shipping-label photograph;
• tracking information;
• a written description.

A replacement or refund may depend on review and approval by our fulfillment provider.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or similar costs.

Unless those amounts are collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Folded Paper Hearts and Printful do not control customs decisions, charges, or processing times.

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

Some Folded Paper Hearts visuals and on-screen artist representations are created using artificial intelligence.

Some photographs, visual performances, videos, voice elements, promotional materials, and other media may also be created, altered, or assisted using AI tools.

The music, lyrics, production, songwriting, creative direction, marketing, and management behind Folded Paper Hearts are created, directed, or overseen by real people.

By engaging with Folded Paper Hearts content or purchasing products connected to the project, you acknowledge that some parts of the project may be AI-generated or AI-assisted.

Where required by a platform or applicable law, Folded Paper Hearts may use an AI-content label or another clear disclosure. TikTok has policies requiring disclosure of realistic AI-generated or significantly altered content, and it may label, restrict, or remove content that does not meet those requirements.

13. TikTok and Paid Subscriber Content

Folded Paper Hearts may offer or promote content through TikTok, including paid subscriber-only content and free-trial offers.

• other benefits described at the time of subscription.

Some subscriber material may contain AI-generated or AI-assisted visual, voice, or video elements.

Unless a fixed schedule is expressly promised, we do not guarantee that every category of subscriber content will be published at a particular frequency.
